RETAIL CUSTOMERS

The minimum order for free P&P is £15.00. Any orders below £15.00 will be charged a flat rate of £3.50 P&P

Overseas orders are charged a flat fee of £10 (Worldwide)

OFFERS & PROMOTIONS

Any Offers and Promotions that we give on this website have conditions.

If all conditions (specific stamp sets, timeframe etc…) are met, we will process your order usually within 48hrs (Mon-Fri).

We will contact you regarding a problem with your order if these Terms are not met.

We may refuse the promotion or offer at any time if orders do not meet these conditions.

Promotions/offers may have a limited availability/timeframe. Some offers may be ‘while stocks last’.

We always try to have plenty of stock but on occasions we may offer an alternative.

We will always contact to try and resolve any problem. If no customer response, we will take what action we think is best at that time.

DELIVERY

We aim to despatch orders within 48 hours.

This is not always possible at our busiest times (TV Shows) and you should allow 7 working days.

If your order is urgent, please contact us at the time of ordering and we will always do our best and give you an estimated delivery date.

Any problem relating to delivery/invoicing must be notified within 7 days.

Payment is accepted by PayPal, credit card and debit card

RETURNS

If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason please contact us as soon as possible.

The item can be returned unused and in its original saleable condition.

When returning items please use the Post Office to obtain a receipt of postage, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit on return to us.

ACCURACY OF INFORMATION ON THE WEBSITE

Occasionally there may be information on our site or in the Service that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability.

We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Service or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice

(Including after you have submitted your order).

We also accept no responsibility or liability for any damage or injury to persons or property arising from the use of any instruction, methods or ideas contained on this website.

TRADE CUSTOMERS WELCOME – TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This is a guaranteed secure site and your details will in no circumstances be divulged to any third party.

To set up a Trade Account please contact us via email: hobbyartstamps@gmail.com with your details and we can then set up Trade access on the website.

The trade prices are exclusive of VAT and the minimum first trade order is £125 net.

You will be charged Carriage on any orders under £125 net after your first order.

CARRIAGE ON PARCELS & COURIER DELIVERIES

Mainland UK orders are carriage paid on £125 net and over (within most mainland UK areas). For smaller orders carriage will be charged at cost.

Outside the UK (Worldwide) delivery of orders will be charged at cost.
