We aim to despatch orders within 48 hours. This is not always possible at our busiest times (TV Shows) and you should allow 7 working days. If your order is urgent please contact us at the time of ordering and we will always do our best and give you an estimated delivery date.

Any problem relating to delivery/invoicing must be notified within 7 days.
