Trade Terms and Conditions

TRADE / WHOLESALE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. 1. Trade prices do not include VAT.
   2. You must be a registered account customer at Hobby Art Limited to view trade prices and place orders either online or offline.
   3. The minimum first order is £100 net.
   4. Carriage is free on any order of £100 net. This applies to the UK mainland only.
   5. Any problem, or query, relating to your order or invoice should be notified to Hobby Art Limited within 3 days of receipt.
   6. All orders are proforma.
   7. Postage will be applied at the cost of all orders under £100.
   8. All goods remain the property of Hobby Art limited until paid for in full.

USERNAME AND PASSWORD CONFIDENTIALITY

1. Hobby Art Limited issues user names and passwords on the strict understanding that they are only used by the person to whom they were issued.
2. It is the responsibility of the account holder to ensure the confidentiality and security of the usernames and passwords issued to him/her/
3. If you suspect that security has been compromised you must inform us immediately so we can issue a new password.
4. If you have forgotten your password please contact us. you will be required to provide positive identification.

OVERSEAS CUSTOMERS

1. Postage is charged at cost.
2. Postage is invoiced separately when your order is ready for despatch.
3. All orders are proforma
4. Customers in countries other than the UK will receive a separate invoice from the carrier should local taxes or duties be due.
5. Purchasers are responsible for any duties/taxes at the point of entry to the destination country.
6. Currency: All prices on this site are quoted in pounds sterling (£ or GBP)
7. Payment will be made in pounds sterling. Your card provider will automatically exchange this for you and bill you in your own currency.
