Online Workshop (Farm Scenes) – 15th July 2023

Join Jenny Mayes for an online Workshop on 15th July 2023 using the new Farm Scenes set.
During the Workshop you will make cards using the ‘Farm Scenes’ stamp set (CS360D). There will be
some cards which also use the ‘On the Mooove’ stamp set (CS361D). This set is Optional and is not
necessary to complete the workshop.
There will be a short lunch break between the second and third card so you can grab yourself a
cuppa and something to eat.
The emphasis on the workshop is building different scenes, and colouring.
Please scroll to the bottom of the page (Related Products) to purchase your Workshop kit. This
includes the stamp set, Workshop, and the cards and papers you will need to craft along on the day.
Alternatively, if you already have the stamp set, you can just purchase the Workshop and cut your
own card. Sizes of cards needed will be shown separately.
GENERAL ITEMS YOU WILL NEED TO CRAFT ALONG
Acrylic blocks
A stamping press is always useful
Versafine Onyx black ink pad (or Versafine Clair Nocturne)
Colouring medium. Jenny will be using mainly Clean Color pens. A list of colours will be shown on the
group page before the Workshop. Please note this is a guide only. You may choose to use different
colours and it isn’t necessary to have every colour on the list. Alternatively you can use watercolour
pencils or watercolour paints. (You will be using mainly watercolour card on the day).
Smoothies or distress tools
A selection of distress oxides, or distress inks, in your favourite colours. Jenny will be using a light
blue (tumbled glass) for skies, greens, yellows, and vintage photo. It’s a good idea to keep a selection
of your favourite colours ready for use on the day.
Water and paintbrush. Spritzer. Tile or blending mat. Kitchen towel. Stencil tape. Scissors. Pencil.
Silicone glue (Jenny uses Pinflair glue) with a cocktail stick or syringe to apply it. Alternatively you
can use foam pads or tape.
Ball tool and embossing mat.
Permanent black fine liner. White pen.
OPTIONAL EXTRAS
You may wish to have some greetings stamps to hand to complete your cards. Jenny will be using
Scene-it sentiments (CS244D)
Stencils of your choice. Jenny will use Water, Clouds, and the landscape stencil.

Early booking is advised.
Please do not leave it to the last minute to sign up for the workshop. We send the workshop
products by Royal Mail and we are finding delivery times erratic at the moment.
Initially I cut 30 paper packs for the workshop. After that I cut packs when ordered so the delivery
time may be slower.

Facebook Live.
When you are in the group you can ask questions if you want any more information about the
workshop.
HOW TO PARTICIPATE ON THE DAY
This workshop will be shown in a private group via Facebook Live. This means you will need a
Facebook account to watch and craft along with Jenny.
As this is an online workshop you do not have to be free on the day as the group will remain open.
You can watch the video whenever you want to and craft along at your own pace after the workshop
finishes on the day.
During the workshop you can ask questions.
If you already have the Farm Scenes set we will put the paper sizes needed, in the group, so you can
cut your own. You will still need to sign up for the workshop.
