Hobby Art Christmas Workshop

Saturday 4th of November 2023, 10am through to 4pm

Venue: St John’s Hall, 59 The Avenue, Tadworth, Surrey KT20 5AB

Opposite Tadworth Train Station. Ample parking

THE HALL IS OUTSIDE THE NEW ULEZ ZONE.

PLEASE LET US KNOW IF YOU WANT TO SIT NEXT TO ANYONE IN PARTICULAR SO THAT WE CAN WORK OUT THE SEATING. THIS WILL SAVE US TIME ON THE DAY.

REFRESHMENTS

There will be coffee and tea available all day.

Lunch will be a variety of sandwiches, quiche and salad.

We will ask your preferences on the morning. IF YOU HAVE ANY SPECIFIC DIETARY NEEDS PLEASE LET US KNOW IN ADVANCE SO THAT WE CAN OFFER YOU ALTERNATIVES.

WORKSHOP TIMES

Crafting will start at 10am with the day finishing at 4pm.

There will be a small shop open all day and a 10% discount will be applied unless the item is already discounted. There will be time before the workshop starts, during the lunch and coffee breaks and at the end of the day to use the shop.

We will start crafting promptly at 10am so it’s wise to arrive a bit earlier. Drinks will be available before the workshop begins.

ARRIVING BY TRAIN

On arriving at Tadworth Station go up the steps and St Johns Hall is opposite you. If you are

Arriving by train from a long distance you will need to change at East Croydon. There are only

2 trains per hour to Tadworth, so please check times.

St Johns Hall has good parking. Park in the church car park and the hall is to the left.
